All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (additional charges may apply)
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $129

Shipping fees for orders under $129 are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited International Shipping: 3–7 business days

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier’s website.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve the issue, including filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries where shipping is restricted or unavailable due to carrier limitations.
