- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Items not eligible for return include:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or tailored garments
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, perfume, damage, or alterations
2. How to Request a Return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
